We have been approved by the CAB to update our OnBase software with service pack 2. This service pack includes fixes for persistent problems in batch scanning and batch processing as well as the mailbox importer.

At the same time, we are planning to convert the rest of the workflow timers to 64-bit timers, which should give your workflow solutions greater stability, and which is a requirement before upgrading to OnBase 18.

Both changes have been tested in STG with no reported problems. Upgrade will begin on Friday, June 29 at 6:00pm, and we expect it to take 2-3 hours to complete. Computing services will take snapshots of the machines so that we can restore them if issues are encountered.

If the planned upgrade needs to be rescheduled, please let us know before close of business Friday.
