"Title: UCCE Finesse Server maintenance - application of patch 10.5(1)ES10
Issue: We have been experiencing on on-going issue with our Finesse server which periodically, and unexpectedly, creates an condition that prevents call center agents from logging into the Finesse desktop UI. The Symptoms of the issue match with BUG CSCur35372 >> UCCE Standalone Finesse Tomcat crashed with OOM. The Cisco TAC engineer has suggested we apply the ES10 patch to Finesse during non-business hours.
