Several resources that you would typically access from the my.sjsu.edu application portal will be unavailable from 12:00 am through 10:00 am on Saturday, July 7, 2018. The Chancellor's Office (CO) is migrating San Jose State’s PeopleSoft-related applications to a new environment.

This migration to the new environment will provide a more secure, stable and flexible infrastructure that will ensure better service to all CSU campuses.

On Friday, July 6, the system will be taken offline at 11:59 pm. Please plan to complete any actions in the system by 6:00 pm on July 6 to prevent any possibility of your transaction failing to complete before the system is taken offline. This means that all processes and reports should run to completion no later than 6:00 pm on July 6.

CFS
Finance Data Warehouse
Student Data Warehouse
