We are deploying 130 Cisco phones to 210 N. 4th Street location. Deployment will start at 9:00 am on Friday morning 9/19/14 and should be completed by 1:00 pm the same day. This only impacts customer phones and not fax lines or classrooms.

Scheduled - The "Pay Now" and "Payment Plans and Account Services" buttons will be unavailable from 10:00AM to approximately 3:00PM on Wednesday, September 17 to allow for enrollment cancellation for those students enrolled in Fall 2014 classes who failed to pay by the September 16 payment deadline. Monitoring - The issues impacting external network access in the specific buildings have been resolved. All network services are availalble. We will continue to monitor the situation before resolving the incident.

Identified - We have received reports of degraded performance of our campus network in the Administration Building, Business Tower, Engineering, Student Services Center and South Campus. WiFi networks are not impacted. Our technicians are aware of the problem and are working on a solution. Once service has been restored, we will update this message. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Scheduled - The SJSU Wi-Fi system requires a software upgrade to resolve software defects. We will be installing the new software and rebooting the Wi-fi system. Wi-fi service maybe unavailable for a period of 20 minutes during the upgrades while the system restarts.
