Investigating - We have an issue with iPads freezing or having delayed response after being in prolonged sleep mode in the following Next Gen rooms: SH435, CL 238, CL 118, DBH 225, MQH 426, and YUH 124.

Workaround: At the first sign of these behaviors, please quit the vControl Touch app and relaunch it. This can be done with the standard procedure of pressing the Home button on the iPad and when back to the home screen, pressing the Home button again twice quickly. Scroll through any open app windows and then swipe the vControl app window up and off the screen to quit it.

Additionally, the FDW team needs to perform pre-upgrade tasks in the data warehouse environment to align with the CFS upgrade. The Finance Data Warehouse will return to production availability at the same time as CFS on Monday, 4/25, 8:00 AM.

Scheduled - We will be performing a DNS change for the SJSU website, www.sjsu.edu, on Friday, April 22 from 6:00 AM to 6:10 AM. There will be minor interruption for some ISP providers due to DNS change. Those uses will be not able to access main SJSU website until DNS is updated at their local ISP. We have worked to minimize the impact of the change and expect DNS servers to propagate quickly to other DNS servers..
