SDW Release 7.3
There is no impact to College or Class or any other major infrastructure. Consultants will be performing the migration. Functional users have been communicated about the downtime.
Detailed migration step by step document will be attached to this iSupport, once it has been reviewed with Consultants.
Release notes:
Release 7.3 migration will start at 08/10/2018 Friday at 3 pm and ends at 08/10/2018 Friday at 8pm.
Deliverables include:
Catalog (OBIEE reports) - Enrollment Planning,Smart Planner

Release = ‘7.3’ ; Status = ‘Pending Release’

Migration Process:
1. OBIEE RPD, Catalog migration will start on 08/10/2018 Friday at 3 pm and ends on 08/10/2018 Friday at 8pm.
2. Post migration: Daily ETL in production will start on 08/10/2018 Friday at 11 pm and ends at 08/11/2018 Saturday at 8 am.
3. Post migration: UAT starts on 08/11/2018 Saturday at 8 am and ends at 08/11/2018 Saturday Saturday at 2 pm.
Note: Production OBIEE servers will have a downtime between 3 pm to 8 pm on 08/10/2018 Friday

UCCE Finesse Server maintenance - application of patch 10.5(1)ES10

Issue: 
We have been experiencing on on-going issue with our Finesse server which periodically, and unexpectedly, creates an condition that prevents call center agents from logging into the Finesse desktop UI.  The Symptoms of the issue match with BUG CSCur35372 >> UCCE Standalone Finesse Tomcat crashed with OOM.  The Cisco TAC engineer has suggested we apply the ES10 patch to Finesse during non-business hours.

When user changes their password on one device, but doesn't changes on a smart phone at the same time, the account gets locked.

Change: 
Add a reminder to SJSUOne pages about updating the password on all devices. Unlock the account at the time of resetting the password.
